I’ve lost about 80 pounds and now I’m training for a half iron man. They have it clicking on all cylinders here.

Centegra Health Bridge is a great place to belong as a family, we’ve had a really great experience. My kids love the beautiful swimming pools in Crystal Lake and Huntley.
